Job Details
Our client is a leading financial institution, they are currently seeking for a Senior HR Officer (Recruitment & Operations) to join their team.
Senior HR Officer (Recruitment & Operations)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in various human resources functions including recruitment, benefits administration and performance management
- Provide employee relations related support including organising staff activities and voluntary service initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor ordinance and regulations
- Participate in various HR projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in human resources
- Attention to details with strong numeric sensitivity and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, proactive and a good team player
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
