 Your Impact

• Drive end-to-end project management across events, exhibitions, interior fitting-out, and mega sports projects—from concept development to final execution

• Provide strategic consultation and premium client servicing, ensuring exceptional delivery and client satisfaction

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle

• Lead account servicing and pitching initiatives, including proposal development, presentations, and winning new business opportunities

• Plan and execute Conferences, Gala Dinners, Live Events and Experiential Projects with creativity and precision

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

• Monitor project timelines, costs, and resources, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion

 What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in event management, exhibitions, agency environment, or related industries

• Hands-on experience in account servicing, client pitching, and presentation delivery is highly preferred

• Exposure to organizing Conferences, Gala Events, Live Shows, Corporate Events, or Large-scale Productions will be a strong advantage

• Experience working with enterprise or multinational clients is a plus

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written & spoken)

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

• A proactive, resourceful mindset with a strong sense of ownership

• A true team player with a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences
