Accounting Officer

Responsibilities

Independently handle full sets of accounts, include daily accounts operations & accounting entries (i.e. G/L, A/R, A/P, inventory/Assets, month-end closing & intercompany reconciliation etc.)

Oversee credit control profit & loss, payroll and other accounting matters for the group’s entities (Hong Kong, China & Overseas)

Hands-on experience with financial, accounting & taxation regulations and policies in both HK & China

Collaborate with China counterparts on accounting and taxation issue

Prepare month-end closing schedules, conduct costing analysis and generate related accounting reports

Monitors expenditures, revenue and ensure business operate with budgets

Assist in annual audit, tax filing and other statutory reporting

Handle any ad hoc tasks assigned

Requirements

DSE / Form 5 or above

Minimum 5 years of experience in related disciplines

Proficient in MS Office, ERP and systematic document processing

Strong command of both spoken and written Chinese & English

Willing to travel overseas and Mainland China

Details oriented, effective communications, independent, analytical thinking & interpersonal skills

Immediate available is highly preferable
