As a Brand Communication Manager, your primary responsibility will be to craft and implement effective brand-building strategies that align with our marketing objectives and brand identities. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop a branding strategy and ensure brand consistency across all platforms. As a key marketing team member, you will drive cohesive, well-rounded campaigns promoting our brand's presence and increasing brands awareness.

The ideal candidate for this role is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and marketing trends. You should have a proven track record in building branding strategies and a creative mind to develop innovative ways to promote our brands.

What You'll Do:

Manage the branding for all brands under YesAsia Holdings Limited.
Devise innovative growth strategies, align the company around the brand’s direction, choices, and tactics.
Collaborate with different departments to develop strategies that align with the Company’s mission, vision, and values to increase brand visibility, support environmental, social and government initiatives, and improve marketing and human resources efforts.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals across all materials and touchpoints.
Manage the branding for all brands under YesAsia Holdings Limited.
Collaborate with different departments to develop strategies that align with the Company’s mission, vision and values to increase brand visibility, support environmental, social and government initiatives, and improve marketing and human resources efforts.
Develop and execute campaigns to improve our brand reputation.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals across all materials and touchpoints.

What You Have:

A degree in marketing or communication or a related field is mandatory for this position.
Proven experience as a Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager for at least 8 years in brand management and communications.
Must demonstrate a proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executives.
Must be capable of multitasking and handling work pressure efficiently.
Excellent writing and presentation skills in English and Chinese are essential and non-negotiable requirements for this role.
Possesses excellent communication skills.
Has established strong media relationships in Hong Kong.
Exhibits both leadership and teamwork skills, able to lead projects and work independently.
Demonstrates empathy and a team-oriented mindset.
