Responsibilities:

Responsible for annual and interim reports, including MD&A, financial statements, disclosure notes, ensure compliance with the Hong Kong Listing Rules, Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards (“HKFRS”) and the Companies Ordinance
Prepare group consolidation and manage monthly reporting package from other Business Units
Responsible for the group financial planning process, including forecasting and budgeting, etc.
Prepare group management report as well as financial analysis for management
Execute on-going review and identify opportunity for process/workflow improvement
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors on reporting requirements
Perform ad hoc assignments and projects as required

Requirements:

Bachelor degree holder in Accounting, Finance or equivalent with professional qualification of HKICPA/ACCA
At least 8 years of relevant work experience, including audit and commercial experience
Highly proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Independent, self-motivated, can-do attitude and proactive
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Well organized and capable of prioritizing work
Proficient in MS Office applications
Less experience would be considered as Assistant Finance Manager
Experience in TMT sector will be a definite advantage
