要求︰
本科及以上學歷，財經、法律類專業背景。熟悉金融証券、經濟法律、財務管理、項目投資知識
熟悉香港上市規劃、企業並購的相關法律、法規及工作流程
ACCA / ICPA為必須，英文讀寫流利
