Job Duties:

Lead the CS team to handle customers' warranty issues, enquiries and complaints,
Supervise local & Dongguan CS Team, and to coordinate with US & JP CS Team to perform professional customers & sales service,
Coordinate with China factories, Marketing Department, and other related parties for problem analysis and trouble shooting to maximize customer satisfaction
Provide support to sales & marketing events,
Prepare regular reports for management review,
Any ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

Degree holder in Business Administration or other related disciplines,
5 years customer service working experiences dealing with spare parts, or consumer products, preferably in trading / toys industry ,
Show passion in toys and Familiar with pop culture is a definite advantage (such as Comics, Anime, Movies etc.) Please state in application
Strong analytical mind and good problem-solving technique
Skillful communication with customer and provide high level of customer services
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) to handle overseas customers. Able to read and wrtie Chinese.
Good command in PC knowledge (including using Excel to perform analysis with IF / VLOOKUP / PIVOT TABLE, etc.)
Positive, energetic, self-motivated, eager to learn, well organized, and can work independently with minimum supervision
Immediate available / short notice is highly preferred

Suitable candidates with less education or experience may be considered as Assistant Customer Service Manager
