Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture design and development of Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) solutions, ensuring high performance, availability and security
Provide technical leadership and guidance in the evaluation, selection and integration of hardware, software and cloud-based technologies
Drive the implementation of Software-Defined Wide Area Networking (SD-WAN) and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) concepts to enhance the network infrastructure for enterprise clients.
Conduct feasibility studies, performance analysis and capacity planning to optimize system performance and resource utilization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement robust and scalable ICT solutions
Define and document system architecture, solution designs and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices

Requirements:

University graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
Proven work experience as a System Architect, Solution Architect, or similar role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
Minimum 8 years' relevant working experience in ICT industry
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) solutions, software-defined networking (SDN), and secure access service edge (SASE) solutions
Proficiency in network protocols and technologies, including but not limited to TCP/IP, Ethernet, MPLS, BGP, VPN, and network security protocols
Experience with virtualization technologies, containerization, and orchestration frameworks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solution Architect, Cisco Certified Network Professional) are a plus
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
