Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the PUBG MOBILE project Video needs, including CG, UE, real-life shooting, 2D animation, packaging editing and other styles of video creativity, director and execution work
2. Have a deep understanding of story design, be able to write scripts independently, and possess Ability to draw storyboards and manage the animation video execution team
3. Able to grasp the balance between artistry and commerciality, have a sense of rhythm, be creative, have good artistic aesthetics, and be familiar with art theories such as shape, color, composition, etc. Have strong awareness
4. Use digital tools to create high-quality animations for creative assets, video games, and other projects
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations, R&D, external Party, etc.) work together to communicate, cooperate and complete the animation work
6. Responsible for the pre-planning, technical assessment, progress and quality control of CG, UE, live-action shooting, 2D animation, packaging and editing production, throughout the entire production process Conduct effective project management and priority assessment
7. Contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere where learning and knowledge sharing are motivated to achieve common goals.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above in animation, multimedia and other related majors, more than 5 years of film and television CG work experience, sufficient understanding of the entire film and television CG process, solid art skills, imaginative and Creativity have complete case experience in strong visual effects projects have enthusiasm for the game field
2. Proficient in 1-2 three-dimensional production software such as 3DS Max/C4D/Maya, and understand Unity, UE4, SP, Zbrush, Photoshop and other related production software Familiar with various animation video and live-action shooting production processes, with a deep understanding of the motion graphic production process, with independent works, art short films, game CGs, animated dramas, and animated films
3. Have excellent aesthetics, rich experience in animation design, strong creative expression ability, and be sensitive to motion effect trends have excellent dynamic expression proposal capabilities, and convey design values and ideas
4. Have a good understanding of camera performance, be familiar with the game production process and the collaborative relationship between links, and have a clear understanding of the production technology of each link be familiar with various game art styles, continue to pay attention to and understand industry trends, and have a passion for the game industry < br/>5. Produce realistic and other stylized animations, film-like lens design, and follow up on related motion capture and various game-related multimedia content
