Job Responsibilities - Collaborate with Finance, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, and external partners to facilitate execution of ERP solution strategies and maintain platform vitality for the hospital ERP software; - Support ERP project management, and activities such as scope definition, requirements gathering, technical solution design; - Perform development activities (coding, configuration), testing, and documentation; - Configure aspects of Hospital ERP Software to increase operational efficiencies for end-users, and enable rapid decision-making in the organization, through data analytics; - Provide ERP training to subject matter experts (SMEs) and end users; - Investigate and resolve issues/ defects with internal resources.
