Ming Hing Waterworks Engineering Co. Ltd is a premium integrated waterworks engineering, technology and investment company. The Group principally engages in the provision of project management services, maintenance and construction works for civil engineering projects on waterworks & drainage, roads & highways and slope upgrading services in Hong Kong. Founded in 1967, the Group has grown to establish itself as a major waterworks engineering service provider in Hong Kong, accountable for ensuring dependable water supply to the community.

Given increasing project work in Hong Kong and China, Ming Hing is inviting high calibre applicants for the following positions to join its present team of professionals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

To liaise, consult and have meetings with operation team and external parties such as Government Departments, customers, concerned personnel and/or any other public parties;
To prepare presentation materials;
To compile returns;
To assist in organizing internal functions;
To handle complaint and enquires; and
Other ad hoc assignments as requested.

Requirements:

Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua) having pass in both Chinese and English (Syllabus B) in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalent;
with 3 years' relevant experience with preferably 1 year experience in handling customer services, public enquiries and relation matters;
be conversant with computer software of word processing in both Chinese and English documents;
preferably have completed a post-secondary certificate programme on public relation; and
Immediate availability is highly preferable.
