What you have to do

Lead the end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution of MEP system replacements within a large-scale refurbishment project, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure
Collaborate with internal teams (product, hardware, systems) and external suppliers to align project deliverables with client-defined technical and performance requirements
Serve as the primary MEP liaison for the client, contractors, and consultants, ensuring clear communication and alignment at all project stages
Liaise with government authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals for the relevant project, providing insights to all stakeholders regarding local regulations (e.g., Buildings Ordinance, Fire Safety Regulations) and statutory submission processes to ensure full compliance
Oversee project financials, resource allocation, and critical path schedules. Develop and deliver comprehensive project documentation, including execution plans, progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies
Establish and enforce robust project governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle
Direct (both hardware and system) integration testing, system commissioning, and user acceptance testing, validating compliance with regional regulations, quality benchmarks, and client specifications

What you need to have

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of extensive project management experience in building construction, with a proven track record of successfully handling large-scale projects
Strong knowledge of MEP, T&C, and SMART construction projects, with the ability to demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of AC, Elec, Lift, ELV, and FS systems
Knowledge of warehouse automation and robotics is highly preferred
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, meeting tight deadlines, and working proactively as part of a committed team
Working knowledge of MS Project and the Microsoft Office Suite
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
2-year contract basis
