What you’ll be doing?

Perform general clerical tasks such as filing and data entry, etc
Manage company archive, complete and correct documentation filling internally and externally
Manage overall office hardware and supplied as well as expansion/ improvement project
Handle personal matters for the management team, including travel arrangements & expense management
Assist in process payments and invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Assist in organising company events, meeting and conference
Provide excellent customer service to both internal & external parties
Perform ad-hoc projects as required

What are we looking for?

Higher Diploma holder in Business Administration or relates disciplines
At least 3 years of experience as an administrator or in a similar role
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills in English & Cantonese
Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to spat to a fast-paced environment
less experience will be considered as Administrative Assistant
Immediately available is preferred
