Job Highlights

Degree holder in Building Service and E&M
At least 8 years’ experience in Engineering management
Self-driven and motivated

Job Responsibilities

Oversees the daily operation and guest appeal of the hotel
Directs the maintenance team on repair and maintenance work, such as FCU repair and replacement works, Ventilation system normalization, patching drywall, fixing faulty wiring, and unclogging drains, etc.
Maintains optimal function of physical plant including chiller system, refrigeration, HVAC, F&B equipment, security system, plumbing, water treatment, electricity and boiler systems, etc.
Ensures full compliance in all Engineering departmental standard, policies & procedures and statutory requirements.
Proposes order on purchasing new equipment, supplies, and furnishings.
Plans and executes effective preventative maintenance programs.
Evaluates all submissions by external parties and works done by contractors
Monitors all maintenance contractor and works contractor performance and workmanship
Plans and prepares Engineering Department budget for Capital expenditures and operational expenditures
Advises and assists management of hotel and group Engineering on energy conservation program and other sustainability campaigns

Job Requirements

Degree or higher diploma in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical related disciplines
8 years’ experience in Hotel, Facility Management or Property Management field
Strong leadership and interpersonal skill
Good planning and organization skill
Independent and able to work under pressure
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficiency in PC knowledge including MS Office applications & Chinese word-processing
