Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and compliance with health and safety regulations;
Monitor inventory levels, place supply orders, and maintain appropriate stock levels;
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including seating areas, kitchen, and restrooms;
Implement and enforce standard operating procedures for improved efficiency;
Monitor and supervisor the food hygiene and safety to reach a compliance of the statutory requirement as well as internal control and compliance;
Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries and complaints, and resolve issues promptly;
Train and develop staff in delivering excellent customer service;
Recruit, hire, and train new employees, create work schedules, and provide performance feedback;
Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and analyze sales performance;
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and events;
Manage the cafe's budget, monitor expenses, and optimize costs;
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including sales, inventory, and labor costs.

Job Requirements:

High Diploma or above in Hospitality Management preferred;
8 years solid experience in Café / Restaurant operations, in which 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food service industry;
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team;
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills;
Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations;
Strong business acumen and financial management skills;
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
Shift duty is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
