About the role

As a Company Secretary at EF CPA Limited, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and compliance of the organisation. This full-time role is based in North Point, Eastern District, and offers a 5-day work week.

What you'll be doing

Providing support and guidance to the Board of Directors on corporate governance matters
Maintaining statutory registers and records in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements
Coordinating and preparing for Board and shareholder meetings, including drafting agendas, minutes and resolutions
Ensuring timely filing of documents and returns with regulatory authorities
Advising on compliance with the company's Articles of Association, the Companies Ordinance, and other relevant laws and regulations
Assisting with corporate secretarial duties, such as share transfers and maintaining company seals
Providing administrative support to the leadership team as required

What we're looking for

Qualified Company Secretary with 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional services or corporate environment
Strong knowledge of Hong Kong company law, corporate governance best practices, and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Degree in Law, Accounting, or a related field
