Established in 1996, Senior Citizen Home Safety Association (SCHSA) is one of the most established social enterprises in Hong Kong and a self-financing non-profit organization.

As Hong Kong’s population ages, seniors and their families face challenges such as accidents, declining health, and loneliness. SCHSA addresses these issues through its Care-on-Call Service, a 24/7 support system offering emergency aid, health management, and daily assistance. Its EasyHome Services provide home care, medical escort, cleaning, and rehabilitation support.

SCHSA leverages technology and innovation to deliver people-centric services, aiming to help seniors age in place with dignity and improve family harmony. Every elderly person is a treasure to be valued.

Responsibilities:

1st Opening

Plan and implement all CRM campaigns, from proposal development and communication to execution and post-campaign result evaluation
Create compelling content in various CRM communications channels, including eDM, newsletter, website, CRM portals, etc
Manage CRM program and content creation
Build up and maintain good relationships with celebrities, KOLs, media and business partners
Collaborate closely with internal parties to ensure smooth operation and effectiveness
Conduct research to monitor market trend

2nd Opening

Plan and implement both online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media campaigns, advertising and events
Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels
Monitor website performance using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis
Generate regular performance reports and presentations
Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing trends, competitor dynamics, and consumer insights to generate actionable recommendations

Requirements:

5+ years of proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, and corporate communications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline
Demonstrated ability to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and business goals, driving integrated campaigns that support growth
Strong background in marketing strategy, project management, and campaign execution is preferred
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and/or working in advertising or digital marketing agencies
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Canvas, or similar platforms for performance tracking and data analysis
Excellent communication and interpretation skills, strong analytical mindset, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
Established media relationships, particularly in feature, community, and lifestyle segments, is a plus.
A collaborative team player with effective time management and organizational skills.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
