Job Requirements:

Higher Diploma in computer science, information technology, creative media, multimedia design or equivalent
At least 3 years’ full-time related working experience in website management, programming or web programming; in which at least 1 year exp. in archive, museum or culture-related institutions
Proficient in WCMS , such as OpenText and TeamSite , with knowledge in HTML5, JavaScript, WordPress Plugin and/or CSS
Adept at using softwares of graphic design and video editing such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Final Cut Pro
Working experience in networking, programme development, system maintenance, multimedia editing, web site design and knowledge of Dreamweaver and Photoshop, database management and in archive/museum/library collection/cataloguing system are preferred
Proficiency in reading and writing Chinese and English
Fluency in Cantonese and spoken English

Job duties:

To administrate, maintain and update information for online and offline platforms, such as official website, YouTube Channel, Instagram, and coordinate with various parties within and outside the Government, such as IT Office and website contractors
To monitor the operations of website and the MCMS, and coordinate with various parties on the Incident Reports, the potential enhancement and other IT issues of the website and system and also the media cum file server with regard to the underlying file system architecture, storage allocation, and accessibility and back-up operations
To perform routine computer operations, including but not limited to changing backup tapes, updating of anti-virus programme, general checking of the operation status of servers and network equipment, etc.
To coordinate with users to transform and transfer digital files across storage and access media according to the preset procedures and to maintain the digital image and/or audio-visual collections record in order
To cooperate with IT office to implement various IT projects, including installation and maintenance of OA equipment and network
To perform any other duties related to technical issues as assigned by seniors
