Role Overview

As the System Analyst Manager at Topologie, you will spearhead transformative digital initiatives to propel retail growth through integrated, innovative technical solutions. You will oversee the seamless integration, management, and optimization of a diverse software ecosystem, including platforms like NetSuite, Shopify, Google Workspace, and MailChimp, ensuring smooth retail operations. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will design scalable systems (e.g., data warehouses, loyalty programs, cloud infrastructure), manage software licenses, and act as a power user of our ERP platform (NetSuite) and other critical systems. This role requires exceptional problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills to drive operational excellence and advance Topologie’s strategic vision.

What you’ll be doing?

Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage with departments, regional teams, and vendors to align system requirements with business objectives, ensuring optimal software utilization.
Software Integration and Management : Oversee integration and performance of platforms, including NetSuite, Shopify, Google Workspace, MailChimp, Zendesk, and Adobe, ensuring seamless interoperability.
Solution Architecture : Design and implement scalable systems, such as SQL data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, MSSQL Server), cloud infrastructure, and process automation tailored to retail needs.
Cloud and Hosting Leadership : Manage AWS or GCP solutions, including server setup, configuration, and maintenance, to support platforms like Shopify and Google Workspace.
ERP Expertise : Serve as a NetSuite power user, driving configurations, integrations, and optimizations, while supporting other platforms as needed.
License Management : Monitor and optimize software licenses for compliance, cost efficiency, and alignment with business needs, leveraging financial tracking systems.
Documentation Excellence : Develop clear, comprehensive documentation and user manuals for platforms, integrations, and license management to facilitate adoption and training.
Requirements Translation : Convert business needs into precise functional specifications and actionable user stories for development teams, emphasizing multi-platform integrations.
Project Delivery : Lead cross-functional projects, utilizing CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker) for efficient software solution deployment.
Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze license usage and cost data to produce actionable reports, supporting strategic decisions on software renewals and optimizations.
Continuous Improvement : Drive system enhancements to boost performance, customer experience, and operational agility, incorporating emerging tools and technologies.
Who We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certifications in PMP, Scrum Master, AWS, GCP, NetSuite, or DevOps are highly desirable.

6+ years in technical project management, ERP implementation, or software integration, ideally in retail or technology sectors.
Proven track record in digital transformation projects, particularly with platforms like NetSuite, Shopify, or MailChimp.
Strong experience managing complex software ecosystems, including license administration, troubleshooting, and cost.
Experience with financial data analysis for software license tracking and reporting is advantageous.

Advanced proficiency in AWS or GCP, including server setup and hosting environment management for platforms like Shopify and Google Workspace.
Expertise in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, GitLab).
Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or system integration frameworks to support automation and platform interoperability.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies for efficient project execution.
Analytical skills for tracking and optimizing software license costs and usage
