Key Responsibilities:

Provide operation support to the Reply Letter Section, e.g. prepare letters to government/ regulatory bodies, handle court orders received from solicitor firms and regulatory bodies, handle the estate of deceased customers, prepare user request form of the Centre, answer phone enquiries from government/ regulatory bodies, solicitor firms and front-line staff, etc.
Assist in reviewing and enhancing the service level of the Centre
Assist in ensuring the working procedures and workflows are in compliance with the internal guidelines and external regulations.
Provide backup support to other sections and other ad hoc duties when required

Requirements:

Post-secondary or above with good at English and Chinese in HKDSE or equivalent, fresh graduate at Associate Degree or above are welcome
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in handling branch / frontline operations
Familiar with regulatory requirements in banking industry
Good interpersonal skill, positive working attitude, attentive to details and able to work independently
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office applications, including Chinese word processing
Work location: Kowloon Commerce Centre (5-minute walking distance from MTR Kwai Hing Station)
