Officer, Client Services

Location: North Point, Hong Kong

Role Overview

Officer, Client Services is a key, entry level role within our Client Services department and reports to the Assistant Manager/Manager, Client Services. The Officer, Client Services learns to work in a cross-functional role with a high level of teamwork to support our clients, which are primarily HKEX-listed companies. You will learn how to perform and support various corporate actions such as, but not limited to shareholder meetings, share allocations, dividend distribution, IPOs, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Process share registration tasks to maintain the register of members for our listed clients.
Support listed clients during General Meetings in Hong Kong and internationally, handling shareholder registration and vote counting.
Prepare reports and documents for listed clients, banks, and other stakeholders related to shareholders’ meetings, publication dispatches, and corporate actions.
Assist with the issuing of transfer receipts and perform necessary document checks.
Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Prior experience in Share Registry or Securities Industry is preferable but not required.
Candidates with prior Share Registry experience will be considered for Senior Officer.
Bachelor’s degree holder.
Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese.
Excellent interpersonal skill and the ability to work effectively with clients.
Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail oriented
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
