Reporting to: Senior Brand Manager

Position Overview: As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a crucial part in supporting our brand initiatives across the Greater China Area. You will collaborate closely with teams in Japan, China, and our local Sales Department to ensure successful product development and marketing execution.

What you’ll be doing:

Market Analysis: Collaborate with teams in Japan and China in analyzing the market environment, competitive landscape, and consumer behaviour related to assigned categories and products in the Greater China Area.
Product Development Coordination: Facilitate communication between teams in China, Japan, and factory throughout the product development process, including product concept, packaging design and pricing strategy.
Distribution Strategy: Coordinate with the Sales Department to develop effective distribution strategies and optimize e-commerce platform design for assigned products in the cross-border business.
Marketing Campaign Management: Work closely with the digital agency in China to manage the marketing master plan and execute communication campaigns effectively.
Support on Local Marketing Activities and Ad-hoc Project: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing activities in Hong Kong and provide support on ad-hoc projects.

Who we’re looking for:

Degree holder in Marketing, or business-related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience, including 1-2 years of solid experience in product development and marketing within the FMCG industry in Hong Kong and China.
Deep understanding of consumer behaviour and preferences in Hong Kong and China.
Strong communication, presentation and project management skills, with strong business and numerical sense.
Analytical, outgoing, enthusiastic and passionate.
Willing to work under pressure and face new challenges.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing.
