X Wallet breaks the traditional way of lending using Machine Learning and data analysis to deliver an automated loan approval result in 15 seconds. Users will only need open X Wallet mobile app to verify their identity with the HKID card and enter general personal information to get the loan approval result, the fund will be transferred through FPS instantly to the bank account after the loan contract is confirmed, the whole process will be within minutes.

To accelerate business growth, we are looking for a high-calibre - You to join our cohesive community! In this role, you will work with experienced crews in our credit dept ., report to the Credit Manager . You will be a good fit:

In this role, you will perform:

Handle loan application and account maintenance;
Conduct AML and fraud monitoring tasks;
Keep updates on manuals, SOP and credit policy periodically;
Perform user acceptance test on new product and service delivery;
Provide workable and constructive feedback to immediate supervisor to improve process flows & system logic for better efficiency;
Liaise with various parties to review credit policy and other internal guidelines;
Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

University degree or higher diploma;
Minimum 1-year experience in Banking Finance, with lending operations is an advantage;
Detail-minded, able to work independently and good team player;
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
Good in MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
Immediate available is preferred
