Our client is a private investment company with a significant foothold in China. It has recently expanded its operations to Hong Kong and actively searching for a skilled Butler/Household Manager to provide dedicated assistance with their family affairs.

About The Role

Provide personalized and exceptional service to the employer and their guests.
Manage and maintain household operations, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and functionality.
Responsible for supervising drivers, domestic helpers and chef on household matters.
Assist the child's study and all school-related issues.
Manage inventory, procurement, and stock control of household supplies and groceries.
Coordinate and oversee household events, including formal dinners, parties, and other social gatherings.
Manage the houses, private jets, yacht and oversee properties
Handle household budget, property renovation and maintenance.

The Successful Applicant

Degree holder in any discipline.
Minimum of 5 years as a Butler or in a similar role within a private household or luxury hospitality setting.
Having experience in aviation or private jet is highly preferable.
Good attitude, multi-tasking, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
Knowledge of wine service and bartending skills is a plus.
Fluent spoken English and Mandarin is a must.
