We are looking for Service Engineer – with details as follows :

The Job :

Report to the Service Manager
Provide post-sales service to customers major in China & minor in SE Asia
Perform installation, testing & commissioning, user training...etc
Communicate with customers & resolve their issues about Company equipments
Enhance post-sales relationship with customers for maintenance service contracts
Prepare regular service reports and other related reports
Gather customers feedback and market intelligence
Degree in Engineering preferably Mechanical or Electronics Engineering, or related
Over 2-3 years work experience in technical / engineering / service, or equivalent
Knowledge in SMT or electronic equipment or production related machinery...or equivalent
Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Business trips to Shenzhen, Huizhou, Dongguan & Zhongshan
5 days work
