Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Provide CRM analysis and market insights on customer behaviors
Execute and deliver CRM campaigns for members’ engagement through multiple channels
Manage social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, etc.
Prepare creative copy writings
Lead creative development of all designs and marketing materials. Responsible for overall quality control of all printed matters
Assist to perform exhibition and event organizing, public relations & prepare promotional materials

Develop and execute various digital marketing campaigns covering web, SEM/SEO, Social Media Marketing, database marketing, email, and display advertising campaigns, and more to achieve performance goals

Execute promotion and sales activities to enhance the sales of retail shop & e-shop therefore to promote brand image

Editorial of digital document & content

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in food and retail industry
Higher Diploma or above in Marketing or related field

Proficient in MS Office applications. Editing skills using Photoshop, illustrator, and other video editing software will be an advantage
Positive and proactive working attitude
Good communications skills

Independent with good interpersonal skills
