MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform daily accounting functions including but not limited to general ledger, accounts payable & accounts receivable
Update bank registers and prepare bank reconciliation
Check staff travel & expenses claims and petty cash claims
Input invoices & prepare vendor payments
Check customer invoices and receipts and run accounts receivables settlement
Check and ensure Boutique discount approval record obtained for booking
Maintain fixed assets registry
Prepare month-end closing trial balance update and journals
Issue credit notes and inter-co debit notes
Quarterly & annual stock, cash & fixed assets count
Prepare annual return and statutory filings when assigned
Prepare accounts reconciliations, sub-ledger reconciliations and month-end & quarterly financial reporting package
Conduct general ledger account analytical review reporting
Support departmental project and ad hoc request as assigned by supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
2 years’ accounting operation experience is preferable
Experience in Retail/FMCG/Luxury industry or Macau accounting is a plus
Hands on experience in ERP System, preferably Oracle
Strong PC skills in Microsoft suite such as Excel, PPT, Outlook
Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Self-initiated, approachable, team player, good interpersonal skill and analytical mind
Immediate available is highly preferred
Candidates with more relevant experience can be considered as Assistant Accountant
