The Group Information Services Department , located in Hunghom, strives to serve the information technology needs of Head Office and is responsible for coordinating the related services within the CK Hutchison Group.

Our salary paid summer internship will provide a valuable opportunity for undergraduate students, who are passionate about the information technology industry, to participate in a selection of interesting projects in the real business world.

Responsibilities:

Depending on your interests and competencies, successful applicants will assist our experienced teams in one of the following areas:
Conducting researches, writing up findings and publishing short articles related to cybersecurity, network & infrastructure, Customer Support and technology emerging trends for internal sharing; OR
Experiencing real life Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud implementation projects and participating in test scripts preparation, or programs / end user reports development;
Performing duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

Duration: 8 weeks within June – August
Undergraduate student in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
Solid PC skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrate interests or knowledge in programming, cybersecurity or technology trends
Proactive and tech-savvy
A self-initiated achiever with positive learning attitudes, flexibility and adaptability
A team player with effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
