Set up YesStyle’s Arabic website; develop a marketing strategy; launch, localize and optimize various marketing channels and initiatives to build a strong online presence and drive sales for YesStyle.com in the Middle East / Arabic speaking region.

What You'll Do:

Lead the project of setting up the Arabic YesStyle website
Study, monitor and analyse YesStyle’s market performance in the Middle East region, local market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor landscape to identify opportunities to gain competitive advantage in the Middle East
Initiate, plan and lead creative and impactful marketing campaigns to engage and convert our target audience
Coordinate with internal teams to localize and optimize different marketing channels for the local market including search marketing, affiliate marketing, eDM marketing, social media and influencer marketing
Increase YesStyle’s brand awareness in the Arabic speaking region by building and managing relationships and campaigns with Arabic influencers
Responsible for YesStyle’s website presence in the Arabic language and its localization including planning, coordination and translation of promotion content and optimization of other website content and features to better target the local audience
Plan and manage the allocation of budgets to different marketing channels and initiatives to grow the Middle Eastern market
Help with projects for further business expansion in the Arabic speaking region
Provide data analytics and marketing reports

What You Have:

2-3 years of work experience
Marketing degree, business degree or related
Native Arabic language proficiency
Good oral and written English communication skills
Good business sense and numerically sound
Highly motivated, organized, self-driven individual with can-do attitude
Can independently manage projects, arrange priorities, identify problems and weigh different options to solve them
Take ownership for the growth and performance of the market
Dynamic and adaptable to a fast-paced growing industry
Strong relationship building and communication skills to coordinate well with an international team
Strong interest and passion in e-commerce and digital marketing
Knowledge and interest in (Korean) beauty products is a plus
