The role:

You will act as a business partner to provide payroll and staffing services for internal and external stakeholders.

You are responsible for the following duties:

Responsible for full spectrum of HR operations including but not limited to payroll calculation, pension administration, and leave & attendance management
Responsible for on boarding and off boarding procedures including reference check, orientation program and exit interview, etc.
Responsible for regular HR reports and data analysis
Support maintenance, enhancement of HRIS and other e-HR projects
Assist in manaing various trainee program
Assist in policies review and implemention
Provide support on other HR initiatives and ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors

Skills and attributes:

Bachelor degree in any disciplines
At least 2 years’ working experience in human resources management
Be proficient in using Microsoft Word/Excel and Chinese word processing
Knowledge of Employment ordinance and related regulations
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Good interpersonal skill and proactive attitude
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Responsible, detail-minded and able to work independently
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant
Immediately available will be an advantage
