Maison Eric Kayser is a fast growing company, operating 15 cafe/bakery/pastry shops in Hong Kong, and planning to open more in the coming years.

Our all day dining cafes and retail shops serve high quality French bread and pastries, locally roasted coffee and handcrafted beverages, gourmet lunch and cooked food. As we are growing at fast pace, we are constantly on the look out for new talents to reinforce the team. Responsibilities:

Opening and Closing of the shop depending on the schedule
Welcome & serve customers in a warm and friendly way
Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the shop
Maintain familiarity with menu items to guide customers
Display food & drinks in the merchandising areas
Participate in the replenishment of the packaging & maintain the storage tidy

Requirements:

Must be able to arrive at 06:30am
Good command of spoken English
Good communication skills and positive attitude
Team player
Willing to learn & demonstrating interest in the F&B service industry
Experience in handling a POS & computer tasks is a +
Good command in making coffee is a +
Neat personal appearance & High level of personal hygiene

Working hours: 8.25 hours + 1 hour break per shift

Straight Shifts: 06:30-15:45 & 12:15-21:30

Day off: 5 days off per month
