Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain server environment including server farm, virtualization platform, databases, middleware and applications
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high levels of system and infrastructure availability
Perform backups, security updates, and patches
Document system infrastructure, operation and processes
Provide technical support to the team as needed
Complete other duties assigned by supervisor or manager

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Computer or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience on server systems support in a sizeable organization
Hands-on experience in installation, upgrade and configuration of Active Directory, Exchange Server, Windows Server, IIS and MS. SQL Server
Knowledge of network security systems, intrusion detection systems, and data backup
Certificate of MCSA/MCSEDBA or VCP is preferred
Experience with VMware vSphere, Linux, Apache or MySQL is advantageous
Experience with Azure/Huawei/Alibaba cloud is an advantageous
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Strong interpersonal skills with a “can-do” attitude
