We are looking for Finance Manager (M&A & Financial Modelling focus) - with details as follows :

The Job :

Report to CFO in HK office; and work closely with CFO/FC in European HQ
Perform financial controlling and training of accounting teams in HK & SE Asian offices for the role of management accounting
Actively participate in M&A activities of the Group : M&A analysis, financial modelling, pre-due diligence, post LOI signing due diligence and be part of the transition team
Support in the implementation of accounting system in new factories in SE Asia
Act as an internal auditor to perform monthly remote audit from HK office; and quarterly trip to SE Asian factories
Governance participation
IFRS implementation and coodinate with CPAs in Europe & Asian offices
Perform the role of management advisor for Asian acitivities
Degree Holder in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
Audit firm experience prefer Big4 or second-tier
Experience in M&A and financial model creation
Financial controlling & IFRS implementation
Good communications in English and Mandarin
Business trips is required; normally one trip per quarter
