Responsibilities:

Assisting daily operation for the service apartment
Deliver outstanding customers experience through excellent customer service on inbound and outbound calls
Demonstrate subject matter expertise on Pensions schemes/ processes/ procedures
Investigate and take ownership of complex member queries
Be an active team player and participate in team meetings to discuss, share ideas and celebrate achievement of team goals
Work to achieve personal and team KPIs
Support leaders and colleagues within the services apartment in delivering results
Keep abreast of current industry related information and changes
Actively contribute to continuous process improvement

Requirements:

4 years working experience in Hotel, Serviced Apartments or Luxury Residential
Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literate
Pleasant personality, outgoing and presentable
Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills
