Duties:

To perform daily accounting function in accounts receivable and payable
To ascertain daily collection reports and summaries
To handle incoming invoices and cheque payment
To issue debit notes and receipts
To conduct bank reconciliation
To provide other ad hoc clerical support

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above with LCCI Higher Accounting Certification
5 years of relevant working experience; preferably with experience in handling full set of bookkeeping
Willing to learn and able to meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
Familiar with FLEX Account would be an asset
