Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily accounting functions include AP, AR, G/L and inventory management
Review payment vouchers and vendor payment batches for posting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any payment-related inquiries or disputes
Maintain proper accounting transaction; ensure all transactions are checked, supported, recorded and accounted for
Provide finance-related support to other divisions within the Group
Assist in month-end, interim and year-end closing
Perform ad hoc assignments and other duties when required

Requirements:

Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
At least 5 years’ financial accounting experience, preferably in retail, manufacturing or listed companies
Experience in using SAP is an advantage
Humble & with strong willingness to learn new things
Strong attention to detail and accuracy. High level of logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of the team
Detail-oriented, well organized with the ability to prioritize, and able to cope with tight deadlines under pressure
Proficiency in written and verbal English, Mandarin and Chinese communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
