Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and suppliers to ensure accurate order placement, timely delivery, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Coordinate order fulfillment activities, including inventory management, procurement, and logistics, to ensure on-time and in-full delivery.
Monitor order status, track shipments, and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the fulfillment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including purchase orders, shipping records, customs documents, and invoices.
Manage and analyze inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory while optimizing storage and warehouse utilization.
Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements, forecast demand, and provide timely updates on order status and delivery timelines.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as production, quality control, and finance, to ensure seamless order processing and resolve any supply chain-related issues.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the order fulfillment process.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations in the handling of chemical and industrial materials.

理想的求职者

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in the industrial industry
Strong knowledge of order fulfillment processes, logistics, and inventory management principles.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, sales teams, and suppliers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement improvements.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
