Job Responsibilites:
General duties of Receptionist - Receiving incoming calls and handling telephone enquiries; scheduling appointments; greeting and receiving customers, handling customers’ enquiries; handling mails and express deliveries, faxes, etc.; assisting in daily operation at front desk; general concierge services.

Requirements:

Secondary 3 or above with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
Basic speaking, writing and reading skills in Chinese; good speaking, writing and reading skills in English
Must be permitted to work in Hong Kong (permanent resident or holds valid work permit)

Working Hours:
05:00 – 14:30 (10:30 – 11:30 meal-break); or
07:00 – 16:30 (11:00 – 12:00 meal-break ); or
13:00 – 22:30 (16:30 – 17:00 meal-break ); or
13:00 – 22:30 (16:30 – 17:00 meal-break ); or
23:00 – 08:00 (03:00 – 04:00 meal-break );
