Responsibilities :

Reporting to the Senior Architect, the appointee will mainly perform the following responsibilities:

To assist in planning, preparation of feasibility studies, conceptual & detailed designs, preparation of tender drawings & specifications, and manage the new power development projects and alteration & addition works of existing buildings
To perform tender evaluation and make recommendation, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and prepare submissions to government
To provide architectural feasibility advice and improvement proposal for existing company properties
To carry out construction site visit and inspection for quality control of materials and workmanship

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Studies
A minimum of 7 years’ relevant work experience with Corporate Membership of HKIA
Familiar with local and international regulations, procedures, standards and codes of practice
Proficient in CAD drafting, MS Office, 3D rendering skills and knowledge of Navisworks and Autodesk Revit
Holder of a valid driving license (Class 1&2) an advantage
Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written
