Established in 1996, PS Group ( is one of the top HAIR and BEAUTY salon group in Hong Kong. The group specialty brands include PRIVATE I GROUP and NAIL NAIL GROUP. We are launching a new nail & beauty magazine, theme salon, concept store for pets, PS Deli Cookies, private kitchen and licensed products and expanding business in Hong Kong.

We are looking for creative person of high-calibre to join our GROUP.

Job Responsibilities:

- Experience in E-Commerce platforms (e.g shopify)
- Lead and optimize the performance of Meta Ad and Google ads (including SEM & Youtube AD) and SEO.
- Execute marketing campaigns through social media channels
(Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Influencer Marketing etc.)
- Organize sales and marketing campaigns and take initiative in various kind of marketing/sales activities (Event/ Workshop)
- Work closely with vendors and internal teams to execute marketing campaign projects
- Develop marketing communication materials including leaflet, presentation materials, press release in Chinese and English
- Support the team in optimizing website content and landing pages to improve user experience and drive conversions.
- Demonstrate strong adaptability, be target-driven and an active learner.
- Performing other ad hoc duties and projects when assigned

Requirement:

Minimum 5-year relevant experience in Trading Marketing, Hair or Beauty products relevant
A good team player with excellent analytical, presentation and communication skill
A fast learner, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel & MS Project preferred
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
Proactive, strong problem-solving skills, well-organized with attention to detail
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
Immediate availability is highly preferred
