Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of marketing and branding initiatives across various channels in Hong Kong
Create engaging marketing content and visually appealing graphics (brochures, flyers, newsletters, presentations, etc.) in line with MSIG’s brand standards
Assist in the organisation and coordination of marketing events and activities, ensuring smooth logistics and execution
Manage the full production cycle of corporate souvenirs, from concept to delivery
Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customers
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to implement digital and offline marketing programs and sponsorships
Support product comparisons and marketing promotions to ensure consistency and effectiveness

Requirements:

University graduate, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, promotions, or communications
Solid marketing knowledge and familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools
Knowledge of AI-generated tools and technologies is a plus
Customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, detail-minded, and a quick learner
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
