Key Responsibilities

To assist Chief Executive Officer in:

Support the planning and implementation of service development initiatives to achieve HKBCF’s strategic goals.
Conduct analyses to identify service gaps, community needs and opportunities for new or enhanced programmes.
Formulate and execute development strategies to increase the accessibility and utilisation of HKBCF’s services.
Collaborate with service centres and cross-functional teams to ensure synergy, resource efficiency and quality service delivery.
Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with healthcare organisations, medical societies and community stakeholders.
Facilitate medical–social collaboration initiatives and coordinate public engagement activities related to new service launches.
Contribute to the planning and execution of health education programmes and other initiatives promoting professional and community awareness.
Monitor and evaluate service performance, quality standards and key deliverables.
Prepare progress reports, statistical analyses and recommendations for management review.
Undertake any other duties or ad hoc assignments as directed by the Supervisor.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Marketing & Communications or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in service planning, programme development or healthcare management.
Proven ability to analyse data, plan strategically and manage multiple projects effectively.
Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in partnership coordination or community collaboration within the medical or social service sector is highly desirable.
Knowledge of oncology or cancer services is an advantage but not essential.
Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
