職責：
協助中心的日常運作及行政工作。負責為中心暨宿舍內嚴重智障人士提供訓練活動及輔導，並策劃及推行訓練活動；督導、評核及協調屬下員工的工作，每週工作5-6天，每天8小時，須輪班。
