Job Responsibilities:

Handle securities and product inquiries, financial transactions for Hong Kong, China, US stocks and US stock options;
Using different fund distributor platform for mutual fund trading;
Liaise and negotiate with external counter-parties for business cooperation;
Handle corporate account opening document including both incoming clients and opening corporate account in external counter-parties;
Negotiate with system development team for assisting system enhancement and deployment, especially for new trading product;
Risk monitoring of clients account and monitor trades;
Provide general administration and support to other Operations teams including Settlement, CS, Sales, Finance, Compliance and system development team;

Job Requirements:

DSE graduates / Form 7/ Diploma or above;
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience;
Holder of SFC license RA1;
Willing to work on day / mid / night shift and work on public holiday;
Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (fluency in Putonghua);
Proficiency in computer applications such as Bloomberg, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Dealer
