Responsibilities:

Responsible for project’s P&L, provide regular performance reports and analytical reports to clients and management team
Supervise the daily warehouse operations of dispatching, receiving, sorting and inventory control.
Monitor logistics process, ensure timely and accuracy of orders fulfillment to achieve KPIs of the warehouse
Rationalize the layout and management of the warehouse, plan the storage space and methods of goods, and adjust the position
Responsible for related warehouse reports and maintain accurate stock in/out records
Handle ad hoc duties, continuous improvement as assigned

Requirements:

Degree or above in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
Minimum 8 years’ experience in warehouse operations with minimum 3 years' experience in supervisory level; working experience in 3PL / Pharmaceutical / Medical Device industry; subcontractor management is an add valued
Able to make sound judgments and decisions, can handle tough / complicated issues with flexibility
Demonstrate strong leaderships with self-motivated, problem-solving abilities and a “hands on” mentality
Proficiency in MS Office
Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
