Your Role:

Provide quality services and maintain a positive experience with customers by personalized interactions independently from different channels such as phone, live chat and email in a professional manner
Understand the needs of customers and recommend innovative, resourceful solutions and service to difference types of requests
Able to consult and advise customers on travel needs and provide accurate and timely information
Stay up-to-date with program benefits and privileges to better fulfill customer requests
Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
Other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Holder of Certificate or Diploma, equivalent or above
2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
Experience in the customer service or hospitality role is an advantage
Omni channel work experience is preferred – phone, email and chat
Firsthand city knowledge of local events and ability to spot trends nationwide
Experience working directly with international contacts for the fulfillment of reservations
Proven experience working with affluent customers
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Available to work on shifts including weekends and public holidays
Fresh Graduate is welcome
Immediate availability is highly preferred
