職責：
負責機構整體行政及內務工作
協助制定各類行政制度、系統及流程，以及落實推行
協助部門總監及行政經理處理機構整體行政事宜
協助部門行政工作電子化
出席會議及執行秘書工作
負責行政、電腦操作、文書等工作
要求：
持有翻譯、語文(中、英文)或相關課程的本港認可之學士學位
須具有3年或以上行政工作經驗
擅中、英文電腦操作(每分鐘40字)，精通Word, Excel, Power Point
須組織力強、能獨立處事、具良好溝通技巧、有責任心
