Assistant Sales Manager (Knit Fabric)
Responsibilities
- Looking for new potential customers and turning it into business growth
- Develop annual sales plan to support organizational strategy and objectives
- Track record of sales budget and achieving goals successfully
- Understand product ranges, price ranges and help identify suitable customers for orders
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs, requirements and the market trends in knitted fabric
- Manage and participate the operation and bulk order management
- Maintain good relationship with customers, quotations and price negotiation provided
Requirements
- DSE / Form 5 or above
- At least 5 years working experience in textile industry in knitted fabric is plus
- Preferably familiar with the PRC production environment
- Strong solid selling skills and improving company international profile
- Strong communication (oral and written) skills and customer servicing mind-set
- Ability to work under tight schedule and pressure
- Require to manage and supervise subordinates effectively and efficiently
- Willing to travel and work in PRC 2-3 days a week and have necessary overseas travel
- Excellent command in English & Mandarin
