Account Manager (Trims / Packaging)
Responsibilities
- Supervising Account Executive Team on daily operation
- Supervises and coordinates activities of team members engaging in customer service team activities
- Assist and guide the team to resolve challenging client requests or issue
- Monitoring team performance to ensure project deadlines and customer expectations are met
- Report and communicate on program progress to head office account managers
- Build and strengthen all Ket client relationship to achieve long-term partnerships
- Continue developing the strategic business plans for the team following the company vlaue and goal
- Perform and prepare sales analysis and forecast monthly / quarterly on the key account sales performance
- Develop and implement a business plan to stimulate product revenue, deployment, and supports strategies to lead the internal operation team
- Collaborate with other departments or the virtual inernal resources to enhance work process efficiency
- Supporting employees with training and development activities
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree holder
- Over 10-year working experience, with 3-4 years of experience in the management position
- Experience in Trims and printing / Packaging industies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skill
- Good written English skill
- Speak fluent Mandarin and English
- Business trips to China on a frequent basis
