Accounts Clerk
Responsibilities
- Perform data processing, filing, printing and document scanning
- Monitor debt collection of customers & agents and follow through with journal entries
- Prepare vouchers & perform accounting data entries
- Prepare daily and monthly routine accounting tasks
- To support on any ad hoc assignments
- To work together with other members of the team
- Check data accuracy in Company system
- Produce management report emails
Requirements
- DSE / Form 5 or above
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Self-motivated, responsible, independent, well organized, meticulous and a quick learner
- Proficiency in PC skills, MS Office, Excel and Chinese typing
- Fresh graduates with no experience are welcome
